  1. The time set to <\/span>check in<\/b> is after 14.00h. <\/span>Check out<\/b> is until 11.00h.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. When you arrive, the <\/span>Identity Document or Passport<\/b> (if you don’t have European nationality) will be requested from all guests over 16, as well as your <\/span>signature on the logbook<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The <\/span>daily cleaning<\/b>\u00a0service takes place between 9.00h and 11.00h, upon request the previous day. This service is totally free.<\/li>\n
  4. Please make <\/span>responsible use of supplies<\/b>, both water (so appreciated and necessary in the Earth) and electricity taking special care not to leave the air conditioning or heating on when leaving the apartment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. It is strictly <\/span>forbidden to smoke<\/b> inside the apartment, as well as in the common areas of the building. To do this, you can use the terrace, balconies or patio, depending on the apartment in which you are located.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Please <\/span>respect the rest schedule<\/b> to maintain a good harmony in the community of neighbors, which will be from 22.00h to 8.00h.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. It is <\/span>not allowed<\/b> to organize <\/span>events<\/b> or <\/span>parties<\/b> nor to receive <\/span>visits<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. It is <\/span>not allowed<\/b> to consume <\/span>alcohol, drugs or other narcotics<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Pets are not allowed<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. In the case of our apartments placed at Alonso Cano, the <\/span>laundry<\/b> is located on the third floor, in front of the elevator exit. The key to access it is on each set of keys. Here you have laundry detergent and softener, ironing board and a clothes line (in case you prefer to hang clothes in your apartment if you do not want to use the dryer). Please close the access door after use and return the used objects to their place.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Don’t forget to take out the <\/span>garbage<\/b> from 20.00h to 23.00h, Monday to Saturday. You may be fined if you do it outside these hours.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. The <\/span>loss of a set of keys<\/b> will entail an extra charge of \u20ac20.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Remember <\/span>not to leave the key inserted<\/b> inside the door when leaving. In case this happens, you must pay for all the expenses that it causes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings<\/b> and no responsibility is accepted for theft or loss thereof.<\/span><\/li>\n
